lemmings cliff rocks splat
ick. UPS broke mine last year. I live pretty close to the city library so used one of theirs. it was a bad time in my life. i didn't know i could become so damned dependent on these damned things.and being connected, geez. i don't know if i'll ever go back...i'll keep the porch light on.
Yikes! We'll be here when you get back...
Hurry back. The bad guys' computers are still working.
Ouch, been there and had to bend the plastic to replace it, but I need it for work. I can write it off, but that doesn't mean much in a small business, the accounting costs more than the benefit. To the best of my knowledge we aren't going anywhere, but the cats may have other ideas with the temperature drop.
I think it's supposed to get down to 5B here on Sunday. I was counting on you to post something hot. Puddles of cat draping themselves all over the back of the couch usually works for me...
the modem got replaced for "free" after i spent hours and hours on the phone with the tech support people. whipping out the magic plastic card might have been less painful in the end.yes, the connectedness-withdrawal was the worst part. i live not too far from the library too, but unfortunately they don't take kindly to patrons breaking in to blog in the middle of the night.the bad guys computers are still working. yikes! and happy birthday to you too, birdman!
